Our Policies***Because of the very weak American dollar against the European Currencies, we have had to raise our prices on the Diamant and Werner Kern shoes. We did our very best to correct all pricing, but should we have missed some of them, we hold the right to refund your money or request the difference. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers ****
Cancellation Policy
Best Ballroom Shoes strives to deliver the highest possible quality of customer service without passing any unnecessary expense to our customers. Please review the following 3 conditions for order cancellation:
1) When your order status is Just Ordered you have up to 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it directing through our ordering system. Simply sign back in and empty your cart, or empty the cart and put in a new order after canceling the first order.
2) When the order status is "In Process", you may still request cancellation. Upon receipt of your request for cancellation, we will e-mail confirmation of your request. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that your request for cancellation will be honored. Your order may already have entered the shipping process, at which point it cannot be cancelled.
3) When the order status is "Shipped", you must return your order to us once you receive the shipment; and place a new order. Our Return/Exchange Policy will then apply.
Return/Exchange Policy
All Return/Exchange matters are subject to our Specific Policies for Return/Exchange as outlined below:
Custom-made shoes, CLOSE-OUT sale items and clothing are non-refundable. Please do not send them back to Best Ballroom Shoes.
Items sent will not be returned and will not receive a credit!!!
All other dance shoes and clothing returns/exchanges will need to be made within Fourteen (14) days of receipt by you. You must obtain a return authorization code from Best Ballroom Shoes before the return can be made. A $15.00 handing/restocking fee per pair of shoes will be charged. For all exchanges and/or refunds, please write to Patti at bestballroomshoe@aol.com to get a return authorization form to return your shoes. This form will provide the appropriate address to sent the returns*.
Any valid return of dance shoes for the purpose of exchange or refund must be received with the dance shoes in their original undamaged shoe box(es) with the original interior packaging also included in the return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any return of dance shoes with soiled soles, scratches, marks, blemishes, stretching or exhibit any sign of use or indication of wear will not be accepted. Any such shipment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
*If you do not follow this procedure and do not send the shoes where they are directed on the form, you will be charged an ADDITIONAL fee of $30.00 per pair since we will have to send the shoes off yet again with the proper paperwork filled out and attached.
Close-out and Sale Items
All Close Out and Sale items are FINAL SALES, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.

Randall Designs Clothing Policy:
You may return any unused item(s) with the tag still attached within 14 days of purchase. You will be reimbursed for the item minus the $15.00 restocking fee.

Shipping Policy
Due to the high cost of fuel, we must begin charging all customers for basic shipping effective immediately. We have tried where possible to adjust our prices to cover some of this expense. Expedited shipping is now available during the checkout process. We reserve the right to further adjust shipping costs based on fuel surcharges from shipping companies.
Please note that some browsers are not compatible with our shipping software, which interfaces with UPS and the United States Postal Service to get the most accurate rates. Cookies must be enabled for these features to work. We reserve the right to correct transportation charges to the correct amount should the system be unable to calculate them automatically.
