Hello Everyone! We are the Hogan's from Upstate NY and the new owners of Best Ballroom Shoes. Our #1 priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our products. As a family run business, we look forward to helping you find those perfect dancing shoes. Patti will be handling customer service, sister Deb will be doing the marketing, shipping and technical stuff, while Barb (our Mom) will be wearing our shoes and dancing up a storm.
One of Melissa's two daughters will continue to be available to help with questions for orders placed before 8/19, and will be happily coaching the new owners as needed. Should they need to ask Melissa a question, they can do so. Melissa is ill and unable to work.
