We do not believe in inflating product prices to give the illusion of Free Shipping. We offer competitively priced products with accurate, fair shipping fees.
Each product on our website has a "usually ships in" timeframe (displayed directly below the product's photo). Please be aware that this timeframe defines when the item(s) is most likely to leave our warehouse. To calculate the date that you will receive your package, please remember to add the shipping delivery time as well.
Our normal shipping method is UPS. Please provide a complete street address when ordering. We are unable to ship to post office boxes. We suggest, with the permission of your place of employment, that you have your order shipped directly to you at work. This will ensure safe receipt of your package without any worries (exposure to rain, snow, extreme heat, theft, etc.).
We do reserve the right to use the best means of transportation possible as long as we can meet our committed shipping time frame. This may include US Priority Mail, US regular mail, FedEx or DHL.
GROUND Shipments
UPS delivery timeframes within the Continental US can be seen on the map below. If you live in AK, HI, PR your package may be shipped either by UPS or the USPS. If you live in US-VI, your package will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
THREE-DAYShipments
UPS guarantees that you will receive your package in three days AFTER it leaves our warehouse (within the continental US).
2ND-DAY Shipments
UPS guarantees that you will receive your package in two days AFTER it leaves our warehouse (within the continental US).
NEXT-DAY AIR Shipments
UPS guarantees that you will receive your package one day AFTER it leaves our warehouse. UPS has until 7 pm to deliver next-day air packages. If you live in AK, HI, PR or US-VI, your package will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
GLOBAL Shipments
(including Canada) are shipped via the US Postal Service whenever possible. We can ship your package to almost anywhere worldwide! All prices on our website are in US Funds. For an estimated cost of a global shipment, please place your order online and choose "GLOBAL" for the shipping method. We will contact you directly with the Global shipping charges BEFORE processing your order. You can also email us at custsvc@bestballroomshoes.com to inquire about an estimated cost (please include the items and quantities you are interested in purchasing as well as exactly where they are shipping to).
GLOBAL shipments may also incur duty taxes, customs fees and even brokerage fees. These fees are assessed at the time of delivery to you by your country's Customs Department. We are NOT associated with these fees in any way and are not privy to the pricing structure used to mandate them.
